We are a small team in Singapore that delivers cars to people's doors, looks after them properly and writes software that stays out of the way. If that sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.
The work
Most of what a guest sees is done by our own people. Drivers deliver and collect every car, at any hour, and are the face of SwiftDrive at every handover. The fleet team keeps the cars clean, serviced and ready between rentals. Support answers guests and fixes things. A small product team builds the website and the tools everyone else uses.
How we work
Our drivers are employees, not contractors, with proper hours, CPF and training. Across the team we write things down, keep meetings short and ship in small pieces. Everyone spends time on the road with the drivers, whatever their title.
What we look for
Care over volume, and a habit of finishing. Beyond that, we hire for the role, not the CV.
- People who notice the small thing that is wrong and fix it before anyone asks.
- Calm under pressure, whether it is a delayed flight at Changi or a bug on a Friday night.
- A real interest in the people we serve.
